Challenge

Handmade in small batches using premium ingredients, this is no ordinary cookie. These beautiful, bite-sized works of art first landed in the Los Angeles food scene as a premium fruit tart store in West Hollywood. After amassing a fan base, früute learned it was time to pivot and expand. We needed to set the stage and introduce früute to the rest of the world.

Solution

We redefined früute as an online only, cookie and gift basket company that offered the same level of premium products but deepened the personalized user experience with customized messaging to customers. This move greatly expanded their customer base as früute could now ship nationwide. Using clean imagery and witty copy, we positioned früute as a craved new product in the gourmet food world. Brides Magazine declared früute a “genius idea”. Wallpaper Magazine called it “One of the Top 20 reasons to be in the USA.” Dean and Deluca took notice and stocked früute in their stores nationwide.
